These pictures were taken when I was in Paris for Paris Games Week, just before the recent attacks. I debated whether to post them, but after some thought, I’ve decided to. I don’t intend this as disrespectful, or to capitalize on a tragedy that’s getting a lot of clicks. I just happened to be there, right before something happened, trying to document people in a place during my spare moments. Even if something changed afterwards, I think it still stands as people, in a place.
We all capture something? Little girl taking pictures in the Louvre.
Waiting in the style of the day – outside the Louvre.

Looking on the face of death. (And yes, I did put myself in the image, upper left.)
Death and Display.
The loneliness of crowded places..
I am really not sure what we are witnessing here.
Again, not sure what we are seeing, but pretty sure we should photograph it.

And a really classy selfie for good measure.
