I don’t even like pork. If you asked me if I wanted a pork chop, that’s what I would say.. “Eh.. I don’t really like pork.” But these were badass.

He also does a fairly famous slow cooked shredded pork that’s really good, but this time, he did seasoned pork chops stuffed with fresh mozzarella and mushrooms. He also made a salad, and bruschetta.I don’t know what he seasoned the bread with, but it was really good, beyond normal bread good.
