Street Style in Guild Wars 2 (The Bastard Child of Two Unrelated Hobbies)

on

Occasionally, I like to combine two things that I like, whether they are usually done together or not. Today’s project: video games and street style. I’ve always been a screenshot taker; I still have a huge folder documenting my World of Warcraft life that I won’t delete. I’ve also always liked using unsophisticated cameras to attempt cool things – I like taking a medium that everyone and their broke ass brother can access and trying to use it to show something different. In light of that, I decided to run these through Instagram. If Dead End Thrills is the Pulitzer Prize winner of screenshots, I’m the creepy GWC. He’s selling prints in galleries.. I’m putting fish face on Facebook. 🙂

So, without further ado, the latest styles from the streets of Divinity’s Reach, Fields of Ruin, and beyond… my compulsion to take pictures of unsuspecting strangers knows no bounds. These were taken on the Blackgate server; all pictures are player characters unless otherwise noted.
